At Wild Vie®, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy below:

Refunds Policy

We only accept returns and refunds for unopened products. This policy is in place to maintain the safety and hygiene of our skincare products. 

All sale items are final.

Gift returns with gift receipt will be issued a gift credit for the value of your return.  We will email you or if you’re a Wild Lifer member, a refund credit will be applied to your account.

Gift(s) returned without a gift receipt will be issued a refund to the original payment method.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for unopened products, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Email our team at help@wild- vie.com with your refund request and order details.  Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an RMA number along with detailed return instructions.


Return Process

You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the product(s).  Pack the unopened product securely in its original packaging and ship the product(s) back according to the instructions provided with your RMA.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Gift returns with gift receipt will be issued a gift credit for the value of your return via email.  If you’re a Wild Lifer member, a refund credit will be applied to your account.

Gift(s) returned without a gift receipt will be issued a refund to the original payment method.


Policy Changes

We may update our refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational reasons. Any updates will be posted on our website. By making a purchase with Wild Vie®, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
