At the Summit and My Moment of Clarity

Embarking on a seven-day trek through Nepal’s breathtaking landscapes, with destinations like Gokyo Ri Lake and Mt. Everest, was a dream adventure. But maintaining a skincare routine amid rugged terrain and limited amenities proved challenging.

From the start, I realized every ounce in my backpack mattered. Carrying bulky toiletries felt like unnecessary weight on steep inclines, and the thought of going without a shower for seven days made efficient, lightweight skincare essentials crucial.
